"Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Since this was our first time in Boston the staff recommended places to eat and where to go. They did not disappoint. Will stay here next time in Boston. "
"After flying all day it was a quick check in and so great to see a clean comfortable bed waiting for me. The bellhop staff was also very helpful with my luggage while I had breakfast and while loading the limo the next day."
"This was probably all around the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The service from the staff was incredible. They would know I needed something before I even had a chance to ask. The staff was super friendly and incredible accommodating. The location could not have been better. All the downtown and North End attractions were within easy walking distance. If we ever return to Boston, we will definitely be staying here again. "
"Our room was large and airy and up to date. The shower was great! Although we were on an upper floor, there were four elevators and we never had to wait for one. We arrived late in the evening and the bar was open and we ordered clam chowder and a sandwich at the suggestion of the waiter and the food was excellent! The location was convenient, just a short five minute walk to the Boston Commons and the same to Faneuil Hall. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
