My family and I absolutely loved our stay. We brought our 16 month old and 3 year old which is always a risk. The pack and play was ready in our room, they accommodated to early check in, they had a lovely pool for down time, and they had really good quality food for in hotel service which we always appreciate for convenience. Most importantly, the location next to aquarium (with view of seals from hotel) and other spots like north end were within minutes of walking. We could not be more pleased with the hotel, location and staff.

The property is right up against the water. Beautiful views! The room was modern and updated. I love the Starbucks downstairs, it was so convenient in the mornings. The gym is fantastic and the pool was awesome. We will definitely be staying here again. There are many restaurants and tourist attractions that are walking distance. 10/10 recommend.

The hotel was cleanly and the staff were friendly. The location was also excellent. I did have a few complaints - the bathroom was poorly designed in that there was no place to hang towels after use. The pool which was part of the destination fee was closed one of the days we were there. The parking fee was over $70 a night and was not clearly marked. This was an unpleasant surprise as it was higher than several hotels I’ve stayed at recently.

Our coffee bar was stocked improperly every day, we were over charged from the gift shop, there was construction going on (prices should’ve been reduced due to this in my opinion) it was loud and and not the environment we anticipated. Location was good though on a positive note.
