"The location was excellent for an event I attended at TD Garden, just steps away. The room was small but efficient, very comfortable and affordable. I loved the bed right up against the large window overlooking the city. The mood lighting and sounds were great. I would stay there again!"

"Location, staff, cleanliness and amenities are all excellent, but they need to do a better job with maintenance. Lock box didn't work. A drawer was broken. The doors to the Juliet balcony were very difficult to open and when you did open it, the screen was torn. It's a tale of two cities. Furniture was dated but bed was super comfy and the bathroom, other than a cracked sink, looked brand new. I'd definitely stay there again. Staff was lovely and they had all the desirable amenities- robes, waters, teas and coffee in room, iced tea, lemonade and fruit in the lobby all day, valet parking and a nice quiet courtyard in the front to pull your car up and check in, which is a rarity in the city. "

"The breakfast cafe was really nice, the room was large, spacious and clean. The bath in our room had some staining which wasn't great, but everything in general was cleaned well. The staff were all lovely and it was a lovely place to stay. "

"While the architecture and room were certainly pleasing, the staff was less than helpful. I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."

"Bathrooms were not clean, very grungy. Beds were not comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect though, so close to the T. "

"Cool boutique hotel in an older building, but new, modern rooms. Our room had an awesome exposed-brick wall, comfy king bed and pillows, and it was super clean. Great access to the harbor and an easy walk to the north end and Commons - just follow the Freedom Trail brick line. "
