"Great location right near Public Transportation stops and great restaurants. Short walk away from the Boston Public Gardens. Room was clean and staff was kind. Only negative is that the bathroom in a standard room is very small and difficult to move around in. You have to shut the door to be able to get ready in front of the mirror."

"We had a nice stay in terms of it being a convenient clean place to lay our heads. However the room was quite small and the price was high for it being just a place to sleep. They also offered no amenities at the time specifically not being able to provide water was annoying. The staff however was very polite and apologetic as the hotel was going through some changes. Parking was close by and cheaper than other hotels which was another reason we ended up here so at least that delivered. Overall it was an okay stay at a dated hotel. Bring your own water!😅"

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

2/10 Terrible

"Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at Omni Hotel. We were kept up all night because of the room across the hallway was hosting an after party! After asking the people to quiet down several times we finally called security at 3:30 am. They quieted down for a short while and we didn’t get to sleep until 5am. In the morning I went to the front desk to get some type of credit for the terrible experience! The woman at the desk just said there was nothing she would do and that we were just out of luck. I tried talking to several other employees who had the same disregard for our terrible experience. To top it all off they charged me $210 for 2 nights of parking!! Will never go back here or would I ever recommend them to someone. I hope this helps others avoid the same situation."
