Clean, great bathroom access, small and comfortable rooms. Good hours for check-in and 24-hour front desk staffing. The lockers were huge and they had locks available at the front for $8. Nice area, right next to China Town. I do hate a top bunk (lots of knee injuries make the twisting needed to go up and down the ladder hard), and it was a little warm in the room, but as hostels go, it would be hard to do better.

Aside from some relatively full trash bins in the private restrooms (due to patrons’ heavy paper towel usage) I found this stay to feel safe and like a good use of money! The other women in the dorm were quiet and respectful. The pillows were firm and the blanket was soft/heavy enough. The privacy curtain made all the difference. It was a good night’s sleep before my 5am flight. Highly recommend for the price.

Fully honest review, the place itself is great. Comfortable beds, isolated bathroom (not in room), nice lounge and free activities. The location is great and super convenient. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly and kitchen, lounge area as well. My only bad note is that the staff is not friendly upon check in. Very fast paced, no explanation for first timers, no warm welcoming. They kinda just expect you to know what and where everything is. But besides that, everything else is great. I still highly recommend staying here if you’re on a budget.

Staff friendly, clean hostel with massive kitchen for cooking. No gym but plenty of areas around to run (Boston Common, Freedom Trail). Highly recommend this place - great spot in Chinatown. Use 40 Beach St parking garage and validate at front desk for cheaper rate.
