There was plenty of parking and we were able to move our car to an area just outside our room which was handy for us. The room itself was very disappointing. "Tenuta Cusmano was a highlight in our 11 day trip to Italy. It's an easy drive from the Rome Ciampino airport. Grottaferrata is a charming town, just a few short minutes from Tenuta Cusmano. We took a taxi to the neighboring town of Frascati everyday to catch the train into metropolitan Rome. The train was easy to navigate, and allowed us to leave our car at Tenuta Cusmano every day, so as to avoid the ZTLs. We stayed three nights. "The owner sent us several messages during the day of check-in to notify us that due to other cancellations he had to relocate us in a different room. The final room assignment was at a different address than the one listed on Expedia. The premises are in a very remote location that could only be accessed through a rough bumpy road. The room was in a house shared by other guests. The cooking smells coming from the shared kitchen were unbearable. The bedroom was very outdated and the sliding door...
