Very close to St Peter Basilica and St Angelo Castle, 10 min walk to Metro station, a lot of restaurants around, so spacious, clean, and view of St Peter from 7th floor, breakfast area. I loved everything about it, if I back in Rome, I will definitely stay here

The place was clean, great location, close walking distance to the Vatican. People were helpful, Pilar was great, helped us to book our train transportation to Sorrento. Cecelia was friendly. Breakfast was excellent with great views of St Peter’s basilica dome. The only note I will say is that the shower was tiny. We were fine but if you need a bigger shower, the one we had was really tiny.

Great location. Close to the Vatican and shopping street. Also close to Bus transit to airport. Buffet was much better than expected. Top floor with view of Vatican Dome was great! Shower was a little cramped, but satisfactory. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was extremely disappointing and would not recommend this to anyone. The room was very hot with no working AC. Furnishings were very poor quality as was the bed. I could have furnished the entire place for what I paid for a few nights stay. And every time another guest used the toilet, I could hear their flush all night long. Horrible... I should add that they had me pay in advance prior to seeing the room. When I complained, I was told they had no other rooms. It was so bad, I had to find another place to stay and checked out early the following morning. Still, the manager refused to give me a credit for the nights I would not be staying telling me she could show me another room after being told the day before by the reception person that there were not other rooms available. Unbelievable.

Trianon hotel is located within walking distance of Da Marcello restaurant located on Borgo Pio 87, St., the food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we learned on our first day in Rome that Not all Italian restaurants offer good, affordable food. Da Marcello offers superb service and delicious reasonably priced food and drinks. We had pizza, Lasagna and caesar salad. The salad came with lots of chicken and thick chunks of cheese, the salad was huge. It's enough for a meal. No matter what you order you wont be disappointed. They have an extensive menu. Bon Appétit!!!

Property and apartment was great, clean and service staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for walking to visit the Vatican and dining/shopping. Good communication from the property management before and during our stay. 10/10 would stay again.
