"Hostess gracious, just like a home away from home. Anne offered those extras, restaurant reservations, use of laundry room (we were there for 10 nights), welcoming tea and cake, treats for the evening, gluten free options, tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room, suggestions for site seeing, shopping, where to go, and what to do, and where to eat. The staff could not have been more helpful. Service in the restaurant was very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. The quality of the food served up in the evening didn't quite live up to the high quality of the rest of our stay, but it was perfectly pleasant."
