"This Novotel has a nice homely feel the moment you walk in with the restaurant, bar and seating areas. Checking was fast and efficient and the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Jus a trio of minor points: the shower gave only a trickle of water (reported at reception and I'm sure they'll fix it), the hotel is noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours of the day causing noise around the clock (but that's to be expected at an airport hotel; I just wish they'd made soft close doors),...

"Lovely property within the historic area of the Inns of Court. Everything was first class. We had the inclusive breakfast which was very good and great value for money. Only one small point no usb charging points in the rooms."

"TV didn’t work in the room for the first two nights. Staff initially offered to move us to a new room but then retracted the offer and instead offered a key to a room with a tv until they could fix it the next day. Not a great solution."

"Location great. Hotel good, but dont pay over 225. Not a luxury property. Farely quiet when windows closed. Pillow stiff. Toilet handle has to be pumped to flush. Would stay again for location and ok for sleeping. But wanted another night and priced had jumped to 389...NOT worth that price! "
