Spent 2 nights in this hotel, great service from a very friendly staff. Room comfortable and spotlessly clean. Quiet location, 10-15 minute walk from Blackfriars tube station, great location. Would definitely stay there again.

I thought the staff were not very attentive; the Club lounge was an absolute mess and not cleaned or monitored at all with people leaving loud noises and rubbish so it was not a very nice experience. TV in room did not work and for a suite it was not as expected. Disappointed for the price paid as a special occasion, should have chosen elsewhere.

This is a very good but not great hotel. Conveniently located and friendly , efficient staff. Common areas were a little tired and not the cleanest. Neither TV in my room worked. Guy at the bar makes a mean mojito! Amenities are lacking… VIP lounge was remote and (typically) lifeless with limited drinks/food options ( just snacks). It’s quite a hike from the hotel for nightlife and dining / entertainment options. Overall experience was satisfactory just not sure I’d choose it again.

Lovely superior room. No mention of VIP access and had to ask for our free beverage. No room upgrade was offered/mentioned. On our final night there was a disturbance outside the room which we called reception to report. However on check out next day this was not mentioned by staff, no apology. This was slightly disappointing

Location is quiet. Room was very dark without enough light to do makeup or wash face! Room appeared average without anything to make the hotel stand out and the bed was rock hard-so, not worth the price of our stay but adequate.
