The hotel is lovely and very conveniently located. The room was great, but there was only one side of the bed that had an electrical outlet. Also, there was no clock in the room which wouldn't have been a problem if I could have plugged my phone in on my side of the bed. A small inconvenience, on the whole a great experience.

Nice property in convenient location to city amenities within walkable distance. Room was clean however housekeeping did not replace towels daily and toiletries. Had to call front desk twice for clean towels - wait time was lengthy

The checkin process was flawless. Our room was not available so Ben the Mgr upgraded us to a Grand suite. The bathroom has heated floors, and a large bathtub that my wife thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was awesome as well. Wanted to say my wife was in a boot due to injury and Lewis went out of his way to provide an ice bag while we waited for our cab, it made her day. We can't say enough about our visit, thanks Apex for making our visit to London special! William and Bessie

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The room was just amazing- absolutely top notch. After not feeling well on our honeymoon, it was wonderful to be able to lay low a few days and recuperate. We will absolutely plan to return there one day.

Really great location/ value. Only issues we had were that the rooms were too dimly lit (even in the bathroom which made it difficult to get ready) and even though we asked for extra towels we always seemed to end up with the same amount of towels! Other than that- it truly is a great spot!

The cleanliness and quietness off the hotel was great. The breakfast on our first morning was lovely however the following day wasn’t as palatable or aesthetically pleasing despite ordering the same thing.
