"Staying at this apartment was our favorite part of Rome, hands down. The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of Rome but is totally quiet at night. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walkable distance. The staff was amazing - Federica was so helpful to us when we had an issue finding a taxi to the train station. Not to mention the staff is incredibly friendly, personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny! We cannot recommend this place enough and we will stay here any time we go...

"Upon arrival at this hotel, i was amazed at the beautiful building, so first impressions were very good, however, check in took longer than it should have. Due to a flight delay we didnt arrive until midnight, and it seemed the gentleman on reception didnt seem to know what he was doing. This became apparent the following evening when the hotel room phone rang at midnight, waking us up. Our passport numbers were not registered and they felt it acceptable to call at this hour! Very bad judgement...

"Customer service was fantastic couldn’t fault it. Room was almost clean. The bathroom needed some TLC and a good scrub - which I tried to do. Shower was hot an powerful and towels were perfect! Beds were hard and pillows lumpy. Hotel was lovely and quiet and very safe. "

"I immediately felt at home and welcomed by this staff! The space was beautiful and clean. It was also centrally located and the staff were so helpful to show the best ways to get around. The option to have breakfast delivered in the morning was a lifesaver. I would give them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone traveling to Rome!! ❤️"
