The location was great. Central to everything. The air conditioning worked well. Furniture was warm and old. Floors were dusty under furniture. Beware if staying on the first floor as there is a very popular restaurant below the windows and can get loud at times

Excellent property! Beautiful, clean, cozy, spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything a family may need to prepare a dinner. The staff gave us a fantastic reception and assistance during our stay. Great location, close to the popular sites but tucked away from the crowds and quiet. 10/10.

This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect. Food, shopping and the distance to many monuments or popular sites (the market Campo Di Fiori, across the river the Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo, Trastevere, and the other direction Piazza Navona and so much more). If you stay at one of the places make sure to go to the Drunken Ship and the Forno across the way). We rented the 2 bedroom unit on Via di Monserrato. The apartment had everything we needed and had comfortable furniture when we came back to rest. The one small issue was the beds were very firm and uncomfortable for us and the street noise could get very loud at times. We could have sleep in the other bedroom which sits in the back of the apt. But all in all we would book again. The staff was available if we had questions or suggestions to eat. Overall the price was great for the place we rented.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our 3 days in Rome. Loved the location and the apartment itself was gorgeous. Comfortable beds, bedding and couch. Really nice shower. Staff Maria Jessica was one of the nicest, most helpful concierges ever! Only downside was dishwasher was not working. It has a popular restaurant below the apartment in the square which made it somewhat noisy at night but it just added to the atmosphere of the area for us.

The location was simply amazing. The management was very responsive and kind. There are literally tons of restaurants and shops within a block of the place. The apartment was huge and perfect for 7 of us. We had the best time, and know you will too if you stay here.

This was the second time I stayed at this location. We absolutely loved the apartment. It was centrally located and walking distance to most important sites in Rome. Federica was absolutely professional and very welcoming. This place will be my go to place in Rome for many more years to come.
