Wonderful location which the side of the hotel opens up onto the Spanish Steps. Amazing breakfast provided at a local restaurant across the street from the hotel. One of the best meals we've had in Rome! Easy to walk to many of the city highlights from this location. Our room had a unique picture window which overlooked the middle of the Spanish Steps which was fun. Very comfortable room, would highly recommend.

The property is located in a central area right in the heart of Rome at the Spanish steppes. Walking distance to restaurants and high end shops. The staffs are pleasant, courteous, friendly and helpful, very nice people. Rooms are kept very clean, air conditioners works and some rooms have balcony.

Rome was the first (and last) stop of our Italian itinerary and this hotel and staff set a high bar for those that would follow. Our suite at the Royal Suite Trinità dei Monte was situated literally on the Spanish steps where were treated to nightly serenades by a street musician with a guitar, a host of american folk songs in his repertoire and a singalong audience. Our room was lovely and the staff was always helpful with recommendations about food, shopping, transportation. The Spanish Steps are situated at the heart of the Piazza Spagna which is a favorite spot for tourist and locals with numerous cafe's and shops near by including many of the most famouns luxury clothing and accessory brands in the world. The location is probably at the far edge of walkability to many Rome's most famous attractions (Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican Musuem, etc) but the steps vs. Euros tradeoff is not too bad (12-15 Euros to taxi most places). Our hotels in Italy divided into two camps, those that made you feel like a guest and those that made you feel like an opportunity. This was definitely in the former category.

Wonderful hotel located in the perfect spot! Rooms were clean and spacious. I had read some mixed reviews but so glad I went with my instincts and booked it because it did not disappoint!

I fell in love w/ this hotel the first time I stayed here. This was my third stay here! It’s a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of the Spanish Steps. The bedrooms are a nice size, very comfortable beds & immaculate bathrooms. The front desk & staff all friendly & helpful. I stayed in my favorite room #525 with its little balcony w/ table & two chairs. The location is ideal for walking to everything. I will stay here my next visit & then then next & highly recommend!
