"This is a really old hotel, fully upgraded and worthy of it's 4 stars. Lush carpets, modern furniture, plenty of space and storahe. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, how posh is that, everything is so comfy, staff will do anything for you, within reason. It is very handy for the local shops and theatre. I will return as this is luxury."

I only stayed for a night but would happily go back if in that area in the future. The only thing I think they should address is the lack of clarity as to how to get in -- via the Green Room entrance, not the one by the hotel sign (which was locked)."
