"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . "This is an original building that was on the beaches of Normandy in 1944 and before, and suffered damage from off shore gun fire from Allied Ships on the day of the assault. The building is now a quaint hotel with a family owned hotel. We enjoyed our stay as we made a visit to all that is available in the area. All provided gave us a relaxing stay."
