"The hotel is very nice, no issues with checking in or out. We had breakfast at the Three Sisters Cafe in the lobby and the food was good. The hotel is within walking distance from the falls. My only complaint is the cigarette smell. I know it is a casino but it was not just only in the lobby but in the hallways (we were on the 14th floor) and the room also had a slight lingering smell."

"This hotel had a wonderful view of Niagara Falls, a fireplace, and a balcony, which we truly enjoyed. The bathroom was a little small and inconvenient, but it was very clean. Parking was tight and only 1 handicap space. Breakfast was warm but a little boring if you’re there for more then a day. With that being said though we definitely would stay again. "

"For the price everything was fantastic. I had an issue with my bathroom door but, that was resolved quickly by maintenance. Biggest issue has got to be Parking. The Hotel charges an additional fee to park onsite and the nearby parking garages are expensive. Never been to a hotel that I had to pay to park so that was a surprise."
