"Best thing about this hotel is where it is - less than a ten minute walk to Ohio stadium. Also all the staff are very friendly and there is a free coffee machine and free ice cream in the lobby. Oh and the parking is a secure garage. The room is very small, the air conditioning is aggressively blowing on the bed. "Nice Quiet place to rest."

"Stayed here last night for OSU graduation. Very nice, clean, affordable room. Lots of fun places to walk to (Book Loft, Staub’s Coffee). Quiet room. We brought our bikes to ride the Scioto trail to precommencement on Saturday and graduation on Sunday, super close.Owner is super nice, let us keep car in parking lot after check out so we could bike all day."
