"The hotel is very unique! You enter on the first floor, which is an art gallery, and then take the elevator up to the 12th floor to check in. It seems odd that the hotel lobby is on the 12th floor, but it definitely adds to the uniqueness of the hotel. Each floor is themed with a different color. Our floor was red, but there are also blue, green and yellow. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette/dining area and sitting area with a TV. The adjoining room has the bed, two wardrobes...

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."

"It was beautiful outside and peaceful. The pet areas were clean and well taken care of. The property was very accommodating of our late check-in and the process went smoothly. Though the property needs a bit of renovation we were very pleased with the cleanliness, overall comfort of the room, and different points of secure access depending on room location… this last detail made it so much easier for us to get into and out of our room without too much struggle. Everyone working there was kind and professional. The only thing that was an issue were the full beds in the rooms as opposed to full-sized queens… other than that there were enough pillows and the water pressure was great. "
