I was a little nervous because of all the bad reviews. This is a slightly outdated but absolutely beautiful hotel. For the price and location it was a great choice. Free parking is hard to find these days so that was a plus. There was a skywalk to the casino and 4 dining choices there. Ice cream a short walk away! Beautiful fountain in the foyer! As long as your not 5-star hotel people booking lower you should be satisfied! We had a great stay

Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Several hairs were still in the shower and the sink. Rooms are quiet, did not hear any other guests in the adjacent rooms. Overall disappointed the room did not seem to be sanitized properly.

All staff were very rude. There was one gentleman working at the pizza and pasta restaurant that was kind and accommodating. The showers were dirty, the room looked very quickly flipped. AC barely managed to keep up. Rooms smelled like smoke. Vent was rattling so loudly in our friends room.

Hotel and room was nice and clean, convenient location near the dome and the arch, great barbeque place down the street. Couldn't check in until 4 unless you want to pay a fee, even for less then an hour. Casino was decent, even had a pizzeria that was still open after midnight.

This appears to be an old Embassy Suites hotel that was sold to the casino and not taken care of. The floors in the room were dirty and you could tell when you got in the shower the dirt would run off your feet. The hotel could use some upkeep. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Okay if going to the dome

Stayed for a game in town. Nice area but no breakfast onsite. Only 1 elevator working so took a while. A few items in the room were sticky (Remote, drawer and nightstand).

Bathtub drainage was clogged by months of un-cleaning. One of loveseat seatings pads were reaped apart and masked by extra pillow. One of elevators was out of service It make stay very uncomfortable. Very long walks to and from parking and courtyard. ** Nice location. Best view. Bedding very good. Large comfortable room and Lavatory.

Good if you're going to the dome

I think this is a great option if you're going to a big event at the dome - the location is unbeatable because you can walk through the skywalk to the casino to cut over to the dome. T There were multiple things in the room that just needed to be fixed (one of the lamps didn't work, one of the overhead lights in the bathroom was out, one of the elevators didn't work) - if they were to fix this minor things, then it would have been a GREAT experience.

Everything was good similar to a resort stay. Walking distance to the arch. Connected to the casino and resturants. The staff were polite and professional! I read reviews after I booked and was hesitant about keeping the reservation. After my stay im glad i kept it everything about my stay was comfortable.
