"Clean and convenient."

"This was a fine hotel for our brief one-night stay in London. We chose this one based on price and prior reviews. I would definitely stay here again, although I typically stay in higher-tier properties. We really wanted to be in London instead of 20 miles away. My only issues were the woman at the desk for check-in, while not rude or anything, was just pretty curt and not very welcoming. Also, we found a hair on the bathroom floor mat. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. "

"I’ve stayed here several times and have never had any problems or not safe. My only “complaint” is towels are scratchy. Also if you are short, getting in bed could be a problem lol. "

"Most importantly, bed was awesome and pillows very soft. Room itself was awkward. Counter in center of beds. Outlet had no cover and partially covered by night stand. Light switches took some adapting to. Top floor room was quiet! Disappointed with breakfast. Had bike ride early Saturday. Sunday came down at 9:00AM, with breakfast till 9:30. Like 3 sausages left and were laying in grease, a couple torn scrambled egg patties left. Looked like breakfast ended at 9:00, so went out and got...

"We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. There a choices of restaurants you can easily walk to and a gas station for last minute snacks. Pretty quiet too. "

"Nice place to actually relax. Rooms are all clean, nice cold air with option for "dry" air (which is awesome for ppl with sinus issues! Most hotels don't give you an option on your temperature controls, this place however does! Also they have options for smoking or none smoking rooms. "

"We had pets with us and our room was easily accessible to the outside. This was great! We had trouble with our TV and it was immediately handled with kindness. Breakfast was great!"
