"Beautiful hotel and fabulous staff"

"We had a super week at the Jardines de Nivaria. Rooms were nice and spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent as were the dining options. Local dining options away from the hotel are not great - we walked to Caleta most evenings for better dining there. Pool area was very nice and quiet. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay."

"It’s probably been the best resort we’ve stayed. To resume everything in one word, we’d say IMPECABLE. Everything was just perfect, from the moment we entered the hotel lobby, to the rooms and all areas. Staff is simply incredibly friendly and helpful. "This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff were professional and kind and went above and beyond. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and we enjoyed evening drinks in the lovely bar. Yoga and Pilates with Francesca and Isabel were a perfect start to the day. Excellent classes. We will definitely be trying other VINCCI hotels. Thank-you to all staff. "

"We are a couple both aged 23 - absolutely loved Colon Guanahani. The hotel is for the relaxers, we were one of few younger couples mostly older ladies and gents. Beautiful, beautiful hotel unique in its modern but homely natural style. Area was beautiful so much nicer than places we walked to, we were so happy we chose this hotel over others we seen that we had considered when booking. No hassle in the morning putting down towels next to the pool everyone just found their area. No tacky towel’s...

"We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard."

"Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time.
