"The property is beautiful and offers two separate living spaces who h was very helpful in our case. The quiet town felt very safe and gave convenient access to stores and restaurants. The pool was lovely and the ocean was a short ride (or long walk) away. We did have some issues with power going out periodically and a plumbing failure (and flooding) during a heavy overnight rain storm. "What a beautiful property! Right across from the black sandy beach. Amazing view and sunset. Our host Jeff, had the fridge full of food and drinks upon our arrival. Jeff helped us plan our activities and transportation to the airport. Our family/ friend had such a relaxing stay. The only thing I would recommend is that the property provided shampoo and conditioner, one less thing I would have to pack."

Macaws and other parrots, iguanas, monkeys, toucans, and many more are right there, and you can watch them from the 3rd-floor observation deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Perfect location close to private beach which has spectacular sunsets each night. Beach club is awesome and Playa Avallena is such a great, beautiful beach for surfing and boogie boarding. "We enjoyed ourselves so much at this beautiful property. It was as good as advertised, clean, well maintained, lovely views, close to the water and restaurants. And Alexander was a great host, very helpful with advice, excursion bookings and even booked us a chef so we could enjoy the wonderful accommodations even more. Cleaning staff was amazing, even did our laundry. This was a wonderful way to start our vacation in Costa Rica. It was hard to leave!"
