"Fantastic hotel and staff, ideal location with direct access to a wonderful, clean and virtually isolated beach!! All towels, loungers and sun brolly provided free - with a smile! Easy access to beach restaurant and bar or a 5 min drive to the centre for more bars etc... both worth a visit. Breakfast varied and delicious, bar open in the evening if you dont fancy venturing out. Worth also noting, complimentary secure parking!! "We booked 10 nights in this amazing property for a family trip. We really enjoyed the rooms, restaurants and facilities. The Junior suites are spacious and close to the beach and pools. The food at the restaurants is delicious and the staff is very friendly. We would like to especially thank you Aru (at the pool area), Wes and Arvita (in the restaurant area) for making our trip memorable! Our kids really liked seeing you every day! We will miss you. "

"The area leading to the property isnt great. But once you entre the resort, its a different ball game. No complaints about the beach, Staff and restaurants. These were all great. However, certain things for a 5 star resort just were not upto standard. -electrics kept going off on our side of the hotel. They kept blaming this on the electricty in zanzibar, but it seemed like a faulty electrics in the hotel. Ive asked for a partial refund for this. But not heard anything. - not enough buggies...

"We really enjoyed our stay with Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. The food was very good: the buffet was amazing particularly the fresh bread and grill, the deserts were okay but I still enjoyed them; the bookable restaurants are not at all authentic but they still offer some tasty food. The drinks weren’t great: beer was good but cocktails were not at all authentic and quite cheaply constructed; however, the coffee was nice but nothing to write home about. The staff were nice and really helpful...

"Had a really enjoyable week at Mövenpick. Can’t really fault them for much. Staff were amazing and really doted on my daughter which made for a great couple days. Facilities ( pool, beach etc were clean and quiet) In particular, a big shout out to Yasmine and the team in the restaurant who were always there to chat to, explain the various options on the menu, as well as entertain my daughter with chats. Would definitely return. "
