"The property needs an uplift. Our room fridge was faulty and leaking, the bunk bed was making a creaking noise every time you turn around so it was difficult to sleep. Felt the room was too small for 4 people but we managed. The staff was really good and helpful so didn't even want to complain. The staff made it a very pleasant holiday for us. "

The first room was available immediately while we were told that the 2nd room was still being cleaned so we were asked to hang around in the other room. Our room was finally given to us at 5.45pm but luggage for both the rooms weren’t delivered till 6pm even after we called multiple times and told the staff we had to go out for dinner. We had to cancel our initial dinner plans due to the delay. There was no offer of a late check out...
