"We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff, and service were the highlight, as well as how clean it was kept. The room was slightly cramped and dated, but the cleanliness of the room most definitely made up for the that. Our kids absolutely loved the waterpark, and we would probably come back because of that, and how clean the resort was for those things alone. It was also nice that the buffet had a table of kid friendly foods, very handy for our toddlers. "

"We had a great holiday! The one thing that I would note is that all the resorts furniture in lobby, lobby bet snd pool area. I was also disappointed with Expedia regarding the transportation to and from hotel which could have been included as I booked with that included."

"The staff gives great customer service and everyone is very friendly & helpful. We arrived on a Friday, and unfortunately by Sunday afternoon we got sick from something we had eaten. Other guest who came to the wedding got sick too :( We never left the property, we had all the meals there. It’s very important to extreme safety measures when handling/having food seating outdoors for the guests. It will be greatly appreciated "

"It’s been our 7th visit. First time we felt that we’ve been somewhat economized on.Omagio restaurant turned into buffet for breakfast vs menu. For three nights we were torched with Mexican food while other choices were limited. Guys on beach always super helpful super service there. We’ll come again for sure just having a perspective of 6th past trips certain things discerned above were unexpected."
