Friendly staff. Good food and drink options. Excellent variety of gluten free food options with knowledgeable staff on allergy requirements. Rooms are a little funky with limited bathroom privacy. Double room had limited storage but king room had plenty of space for stuff. Beds were comfy. Property is spread out but they do offer golf cart shuttle.

Loved this property, we would definitely stay again. One thing to note, the food is extremely overpriced and mediocre. There is one restaurant in the property that was extraordinary and although very expensive worth every penny, it is called Rubra and it is one of the best meals I’ve had in Mexico.

Bohemian luxury! We picked the jungle room and loved it; truly felt immersed in vegetation and secluded. Every walk felt like an excursion. The beach was beautiful with huge waves but low tide; we had our 8 year old and never felt unsafe swimming in the ocean. The food was amazing, every bite in every restaurant; great drinks mixed with real fresh fruit juice. There aren’t any activities at night, but we didn’t feel the need to seek any other option; this is a place to relax and enjoy nature and peace. We will be back!

Everything about this property is great. A lot of the natural jungle was left intact so makes the rooms feel secluded and private. All the food was amazing and have multiple dining options and the service was above and beyond.

10/10 Perfecto! The resort itself is exquisite—the pools, beach, room, restaurants, bars but what made our week so amazing was the staff. Every single resort employee we encountered was authentically warm, kind and provided superb service. I would definitely return to the W Punta Mita.

An amazing time at the W. The hotel is beautiful the beach is amazing. The best sunsets you will ever see. The hotel is great. Very clean very comfortable. The staff is amazing. Great service from the front desk to the servers.

Our third time at the W and the staff members were even more gracious than we remembered. It's always the small things make hotel stays memorable. The concierge, Aide, stayed beyond her shift to get our boating expedition details squared away and when we were at the pool the staff brought unexpected desserts to our teenage girls.

Nice place but not great over 2 days. Needs better pool music and energy. Great fit for a low key resort. Not very family or kid friendly since it was so quiet. Long walks to get anywhere. Cool vibe but missing the luxory feeling.
