Very kind staff and great entertainment. The service exceeded my expectations! The room’s were kept clean daily, and the restaurant servers were attentive. The beach was right by the hotel and pools, which made it very easy to walk to and from. The food was great and they had lots of options throughout the day. Loved the surrounding nature and experience overall. 🌞🇲🇽

We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel offers great value for families. There was always something to keep the kids entertained, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing for us as parents. A very special shout-out to **Mr. Alfonso at reception**, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. Also, a huge thank you to **Miss Luz at the towels station** for always being so kind and friendly. Their attention to detail and warm service truly made a difference. This is a great hotel for families looking for a fun, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation. We would definitely come back! 🤍✨

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful, food very good. I ate at the Asian, Italian and Mexican specialty restaurants and all had good service and food - still buffet style but different from the buffet with better service. Pool water was a bit warm for me, but its Sept so everything is warm! Lots of pool and beach chairs. No waiter service at the pools though, which was odd, but did not bother me, I simply went up to the swim up bar at the adult section. Large resort, but still able to find quiet spots. I was on a solo trip and always felt safe. I would recommend this resort for families. Next time I will probably try the adult only Riu down the beach, just because of the kids, there were a lot of them! Nice beach to walk. Again I can recommend this resort because I have no real complaints

Incredible hotel, incredible beach. Incredible staff. Exquisite food and top of the line drinks for those who are looking for it. Worth every penny. Just a small suggestion. Would be nice a golf cart in the lobby to go back and forth to the parking lot on the summer season. It gets very hot and humid and would be greatly appreciated for those who are not used to it. Thank you again.
