"Staff is always courteous. The upgrades to the pool with the remodel is an improvement, but they could have more chairs available. It gets like a cruise ship with people saving chairs. The beach is still the most underrated feature of this property. "

"Room was wondetful with a great pool view and we were high enough to also be able to see the ocean on the 7th floor as well. Staff was very friendly at the biffet and took great care of us when we checked in. Adrian at the pool and Rolando at the buffet restaurant were both standouts to us. It is clear they enjoy working with people and take great pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. Would highly recommend for families and ideal for adults only as well. "

"This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!"

"The rooms were clean, and the food was good, the staff were all friendly and helpful! Nobody made you feel unwelcome, the entertainment was great! It was my wife’s and I’s fifth wedding anniversary, and it was amazing, it was my wife’s first timeout of country and she was blown away by the resort, the people, the food, and the culture! She shed tears of joy everyday at the beautiful resort and people!"
