"Upon arriving at this hotel, there was no one on site to greet me or let me in to the property. The hotel is located on a muddy side street off the main road and I called the phone number on the website and texted multiple times to be let in and no one answered or reached out. I finally called hotels.com directly to tell them I was standing in the street trying to get inside. Finally, after an hour they relayed instructions and said they have no one on site on Sundays. "This is a lovely unit with a very modest, yet sufficient set up. It is very close to the beach and in the commercial area for San Pancho. It is attached to a gallery where there is someone on-duty / working during the day. Came during the hot season but was able to rest well at night with the AC on."
