"The apartment is in a great location. The apartments are not lettered. There’s no front desk. So, you don’t have any way to know which one is yours. I messaged the host with questions about check in and never heard back. The apartments on the main level do not have outdoor space that is featured in the pictures. The door opens into a parking space that was occupied by a giant truck. Only small windows so very little natural light. The front door is not very sturdy. But, has about 7 locks on...

"This place was awesome! You are staying in a neighborhood. The views are of the mexican neighborhood nothing great! We truly loved our view though. If you want beautiful views this place is not for you. If you want to be in a true neighborhood with friendly people everywhere this is for you. We will definitely be back. "We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). "Customer service here was attentive and friendly. The attached cafe is excellent. The pool was always clean and a good temp, and the locations is fantastic. The only things to keep in mind are that you will hear roosters starting at 4am and they will crow until aprox 10pm and there is currently construction next door but they wait till 8am to start so it wasn’t much of a bother for us."
