Great location! You can pretty much walk anywhere from the hotel. The hotel is super clean and well maintained, and the staff is top notch.. they are attentive and accommodating. The beds are super comfortable

I had a great stay at Rivera Sayulita! The staff were outstanding, everyone from the cleaners to the front desk was polite, smiling, and always helpful. The hotel was spotless, with a large pool in the center and spacious rooms that included a handy kitchenette. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was an occasional sewer smell from the bathroom pipes, and the water pressure or Wi-Fi would drop briefly now and then, but nothing major. Overall, an excellent stay in a perfect location. I’d definitely come back. (Yes, some staff speak English.)

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND PERFECT!!!!! Recently my girlfriend and I stayed here for a surfing trip in sayulita, and we are so beyond happy! The hotel was so clean and perfect, the pool and courtyard setup is one of the greatest looks to a hotel I have ever seen! At 7am is the great time to get up, get a coffee sit and watch the sky light up! The room was so perfect, and felt so much at home! The garden area was our favourite spot to relax in the morning day and night! And of course thank you to an amazing staff, so friendly and helpful with anything we needed!! We are so pleased to say we are going to be booking another trip very soon and staying here! Thanks again for an absolutely perfect experience!

The staff at Riviera Sayulita are helpful and available. We had a lovely stay, including some last minute switch of rooms, to accommodate one in our group who needed a room conducive to working from. The area has enough street life, while very quiet, that we felt safe at all times.

We would stay at this hotel again. We had a balcony, street view, top floor room. Room was clean, smelt fresh, modern, A/C worked great, friendly staff, amazing cleaning service, pool was wonderful. It was nice to have a kitchen with a stove and fridge. We were so happy with our stay, felt safe and well looked after. The bus station is next door, but I didn’t notice the noise, you could always see about a room on far side from it and back from the road if you don’t want to hear the road, but with the A/C on we didn’t notice it. And it was nice having the bus near to hop on and off to take trips to other quaint local towns.

The room and the hotel is spotless. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help with whatever you need. This hotel is right on the main road which is busy but the noise is not bad once you're in your room. I imagine it might be different if you have a room facing the street. We had a junior suite on the second floor with a kitchen. Everything we needed, utensils, dishes and pots and pans. We did some breakfast cooking in the room. Included is a blender, so we bought fruit and made out own smoothies every day. The common area behind the pool was great for sitting and playing cards or eating snacks after a swim. We only discovered the garden after a couple of days but its more of a smoking corner. Wouldn't go out there unless you need to 😕smelled gross. We walked everywhere in Sayulita and didn't need a car or taxi or golf cart. This hotel is close enough to restaurants, beach and shopping. Would recommend and would stay again.

Coolest little hotel ever
