We loved the pools and the beach. The 1 bedroom with kitchenette was perfect for us. Close walk into town as well. One improvement I would like to see would be a more comfortable bed/ linens

Very clean, very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful setting right on the beach with 3 great pools we preferred the infinity pool by the beach. The only real downside was the restaurant found the food to be mediocre at best

The pools were all very acceptable. Infinity pool was lovely. Staff are gracious and helpful. Balcony was large and loved having breakfast on it. Rooms in the tower were very clean.

Staff were great!! And the location of this property is amazing, most importantly the style of property allows you to be very close to the beachfront, first night we were in tower and asked to move to villas located beach side!!rooms were clean but many details of property are run down, tiles in bathrooms doors that don’t open and close properly on site restaurant is mediocre at best

I paid for an upgraded room and the room and view were amazing. Got to see whales every afternoon from the balcony. Service wasnt great but also want terrible. The room was clean enough, front desk checked me in but no explanation of anything so thankfully I rode the elevator with a fellow Canadian and he was helpful.

The location was amazing, right on the beach and close to everything. The pools were awesome and our pool-side room location was spectacular. Rooms were clean and overall service was good. The restaurant/bar was super convenient, though the food and service there could be a little hit or miss. The only downside was being charged for towels that we did not lose. Overall it was still a great stay and we’d definitely come back.

We stayed here over Christmas for a week. Our hotel room was nice and clean, beautiful balcony, had everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was good. Our sink had a leak underneath and within 10 minutes of us asking them to have a look, the maintenance had it fixed up. Excellent pools, easy to walk around, awesome towel service. Awesome trip overall

Great view of the bay from the tower. The noise from the street can be a bit much but tolerable. Hotel staff is very good. Quiet end of town as far as people go and walking distance from whatever you need. Most likely to return next trip to the area.

The internet was pretty much useless. It works in 2 minute spurts. The kitchen had no trash can, and the water in the faucet is salt water! The staff is nice though.

No phone in room, poor lighting (couldn’t read at night), safe never worked, no iron or ironing board. no comfortable seats. Staff were friendly and accommodating No “do not disturb or please clean room” door tags. Restaurant staff were not friendly or attentive.
