"The townhouse was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for 9 people. Everyone had their own space and the private pool was amazing. Patrick the property manager was great to deal with and responded quickly to our questions. The building is high on the hill giving you the best views of PV and the sunsets. There are some great restaurants on the hill and about a 10 minute walk down the hill/steps to town. I would definitely recommend staying...

"Great property for a family to stay at. Highlights were the pool and outdoor charcoal barbecue. David was an excellent host. Neighbourhood was safe with garbage pick ups almost daily. The walk to the beach is 15-20 minutes. I would stay here again."

"We stayed for 2 months at this property. The casa was as advertised…very well equipped. The property manager, Rene, was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Cleaning staff did a great job. It is however located on one of the busiest streets in Sayulita. Thankfully the traffic and noise subsided in the evening. The only downside were the free range chickens and roosters from next door. The roosters crowed on and off day and night which was really annoying."

House was perfect - each group had their own private room complete with ensuite. Pool was fabulous and a short walk to the beach. House supplied wagons, umbrellas etc. everything required for a successful beach day. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Our cook provided meals better than any restaurant. "We had an amazing stay at this house for a family reunion. Everything was perfect at the house and the staff from the cook to the butler to the cleaning crew was perfect."

"This unit had termites and no hot water upstairs. The unit has cob webs, dead bugs and dusty EVERYWHERE. Irma the property manager informed us that they found out the unit was infested 4day prior to us checking in. They refused to relocate us to a different unit and be of any assistance. They lied and said food was walking distance it’s not! They want you to leave the door open when we leave? Like they are the worst and a scam. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property. It was pretty intolerable at first but it got better as we aired out all of the rooms and restrooms. Otherwise, Gerardo was attentive and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible."
