"I love the location! It’s so peaceful and serene! The food is delish from the restaurant there and super convenient being part of the property. Also, love that there are vendors nearby to rent paddle boards and kayaks! Can’t wait to return though. Wish it was less expensive. "

"Wonderful stay at Margaritaville. They are going through some renovations but I can only imagine how beautiful it will be once complete. Comfy beds, very good drinks and food and the pools are awesome "

"The staff are awesome. This location is very convenient for many activities. Lyft and Uber find you quickly here and short trips to major attractions are cheap. You can walk to many interesting activities and eateries from the hotel. The only negative during a week long stay were the taxis that wait at the hotel. They run you somewhere without turning the meter on and ask for twice what it should cost in cash. We did report this to the concierge, but chose to use Lyft rather than fight with taxi drivers. The attached Ovation mall is fun to explore and lots of food choices. AAA "

"We always stay here when were in San Diego. I love that its in a secluded area and we love being close to the bay! The pools are fantastic and its very family friendly "

"Weekend stay after visit to Sea World, last minute booking and stay was quite comfortable. Room was very clean, and we had everything we needed; we slept comfortably with the exception of a couple of loud airplanes passing by in the middle of the night. Also parking lot under construction made it a bit of a hassle, but other than that it is a great place to stay, so many things to do near by and our stay was good. Very friendly staff at reception and hot coffee in the morning in the lobby, (thanks). Will definitely stay here again, and absolutely reccommend it. "
