I liked that it was near to almost everything that we wanted to go. Room was clean and the facilities were good. Parking was a little bit far and not free for stayed in customer. It was pet friendly although the fee is much higher than others. Their doors are not soundproof and we can hear all the noise outside.

Our stay was just ok. Tub would not drain and was very grimy, pool area was very messy and extra slippery, only cleaned room once over 4 days, had to find staff from restaurant to get something from the coffee bar, freeway was incredibly loud. 10-15 walk from Disney though.

Kimberly offered great customer service support. The 24 hour pool is always a hit. Pool towels, were always out every time we used the pool. Beds were very comfortable, pillows felt like a cloud. Shuttle options to Disney, however, walking, may have been quicker. Didn't spend enough time at hotel for food, but there's so many option near by if you miss hotel restaurant hours.

Property is nothing like Four Points hotel. It’s was unimproved, ac was loud, the door didn’t close fully and my wife started getting allergies most likely caused by mold. In Addition the 4th floor elevators lobby where our room was had urine smell extremely strong. Imagine walking in with 4 year old about to Disney and smelling like homeless live there. I am very disappointed. Especially for the price.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were just what we needed for a relaxing visit. The location is convenient, especially if you’re traveling through or visiting nearby attractions. That said, parking was a bit pricey considering the cost of the stay, and our room was on the side facing the freeway, which made it a little noisy at times—light sleepers might want to request a room on the opposite side. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we’d consider staying here again!
