"We had a lovely stay. It was end of season and the resort was only half full, they were also closing a day early so had arranged our transfer to another hotel at no cost to ourselves. "Fantastic resort and lovely staff. Can't fault any of the staff they are all really friendly and the resort is kept spotless. The resort is split into 3 resorts, palace which has the water park, village which is aimed at families with younger children and island which is adults only. "We had a comfortable Stay. The toilet and shower Room required updating. The floor flooded Each time one had a shower. I would have liked some cups and teaspoons in the hotel room. The bed was really comfortable and the floor was lovely. The domestic was excellent. Clean towels everyday and bed made over. Patio was ok. There could have been more hangers in the wardrobes. Staff were Lovely and the breakfast and other foods Offered were Excellent. Lovely friendly staff. "

"My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay, 5/5. The host Stelios is very welcoming, helpful and kind. The mansion is beautiful, our room was amazing with a private balcony and the pool looks over the valley and Heraklion.
