Expansive resort great for families with little kids, but not if you have older kids or traveling as adults only. Water slides, pools are all crowded. Not super clean. Food was okay, although lots of variety. Everything is not included.

An sich ein sehr schöner ort, aber die Mitarbeiter sind oft sehr genervt, Reinigung macht das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber, die Zimmer sind auch ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. An sich würde ich aufgrund der Sauberkeit dem Hotel mindestens einen Stern abziehen. Kreta ist wunderschön aber nochmal in dieses Hotel würde ich nicht kommen.

Familjesemester på typiskt charterhotell

Området är trevligt och grönskande, vi hade en härlig hotellvistelse i sviten med havsutsikt. Byggnaderna är lite föråldrade och slitna, men det är inget vi inte har sett förut på den här typen av hotell. All inclusive inkluderar måltider på den vanliga buffén och 2 st bordsbokningar per vecka i á la carte-restaurangerna. När vi hade checkat in fanns dock inga lediga bord att boka på restaurangerna så det kan vara bra att räkna med att bara äta buffé. Det fanns en chatt med hotellets personal men där fick vi inget svar. Vi åkte inte dit för att vi trodde att det var det finaste hotellet, bara pga avkoppling och hav. Väldigt standard charterhotell som vi ändå rekommenderar!

View was great but Air conditioning was not working because they had connected air conditioning for all villas and either it could be on hot or cold for all villas. Other villa residents choose it to be on hot so we had to stay in a hot and humid villa and whole night was difficult to pass.

We were generally very pleased with our stay at Out of the Blue Resort in Crete. We were kindly upgraded to an en-suite room with a shared private pool and a secluded garden with loungers. The suite was very spacious, beautifully designed, and the housekeeping was excellent. Customer service was good, and it was easy to book à la carte restaurants. The ladies at guest services did their best to assist with reservations, and each restaurant offered a unique design, a balanced menu, and attentive service. The kids’ club facilities were also very impressive. Entertainment, however, felt a bit underdeveloped and was not available every day. On the positive side, the spa is highly recommended, and the resort is a wonderful place to unwind. Yoga lessons were enjoyable, though offered only three times a week and scheduled at 8 am, which unfortunately coincided with breakfast time. The beach is not the strongest point: the public sandy beach is quite narrow and lacks facilities, while the private beach has good facilities and a nice bar/restaurant for lunch but no sand (although the water was very clean). My only real complaint is that hot drinks like coffee and tea were not included at lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant — surprising for an all-inclusive resort. Also, the landscape is quite hilly; although golf cart service is available, it can be hard to get one at busy check-in/check-out times, and waiting can take much longer than the 5–10 minutes promised. Sehr gutes Essen und super freundliches Personal. Die Suite mit Pool war gross und wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Getränke im Kühlschrank kostenlos. Frühstück direkt am Meer (Paket Suite) war genial! Der Strand ist relativ klein und immer voll mit Handtuch Liegen… die Anlage ist gross und man hat genügend Freiraum.

Una struttura meravigliosa. Un resort completo di ogni cosa, personale gentilissimo e buona cucina. Il posto è meraviglioso. Una spiaggetta privata con bar e ristorante, mare splendido. Ma anche una spiaggetta pubblica molto bella con tutti ristoranti e negozietti, essendo un piccolo paese, Unica pecca che abbiamo trovato è stata la pulizia della camera, nel senso che non ci hanno mai sostituito gli asciugamani nei sette giorni complessivi. Per il resto, sicuramente ci torneremo!
