We stayed at the hotel for one night, this was a great and comfort stay. The bed was superb, I had a great sleep. The entire facility was very clean, and some of the best staff ! The brekafast buffet was excellent! I have nothing to say about this place that is negative !

I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. It was also within walking distance of the city center where there were tons of restaurants as well as the port of Heraklion which was a meeting point for different excursions. It was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend.

The staff was so incredibly welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. We had an early flight prior to the breakfast hours the following morning, however the staff kindly offered to provide a boxed meal for us to take to the airport. It included a apple, banana, a few different pastries, along with bottles of water and juice. The room was amazing! We needed a quality bed and pillows after our previous locations stay and this room hit the spot! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were awesome! They even had a pillow menu if the pillows didn't meet your needs. My wife and I will certainly come back in the future as the amazing experience we had! Great location too for going to the local shops and restaurants.

Excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful and so friendly. Great location. Roof top pool and bar were a particular highlight. My partner loved the breakfast and the options of from ordering the À la carte options. Rooms were of a high standard and comfy bed. Would recommend staying here

Located a mere 5 min walk from old town, this resort does not disappoint! Parking is included as well as an amazing buffet breakfast which includes many à la carte items. The pool is a definite bonus for a break after a long day of sightseeing. Front desk staff are amazing! This a great place to stay in Heraklion!!

The spa was excellent. Loved using the pool and jacuzzi (no extra charge). The breakfast was also excellent and included a wonderful fresh made buffet spread and made to order food. The room was nice and the staff pleasant. The rooftop bar had nice views. Parking was the only tricky thing - very limited & first come first serve.

The stay was very nice. A beautiful modern space with a pool and bar. It is a gorgeous hotel inside. Breakfast was very good and nice to have raki in room. The worst part was parking...no signage when we arrived then having to leave your keys at front desk so they can move your car if needed (double spots blocking other row of cars). Really bad parking. Area was practical for walking into town. Overall good, but parking and tight streets an issue.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful but stretched a little thin. one poor girl was handling the reateraunt, the lobby bar and upstairs bar. we called room service on 3 occasions and no answer. otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would select this hotel again

The property is cool/unique but located in a rough area. It is a short walk to the center of town. The hotel breakfast provided a lot of options but wasn’t very good quality, pancakes were rock hard, omelette included ingredients that was not listed etc. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The weather wasn’t great for our stay, so we weren’t able to use the pool much, the top floor bar was closed all Saturday.

Great location near the core of the old city. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking while limited was super convenient and close. Clean and modern room. The only observation with the room was there was limited space to lay our suitcases for easy access but in reality, not a big issue.
