Located at proximity of all tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful to inform us about the area. Fabulous breakfast with a wide variety. The hotel itself however needs serious renovations .

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The staff amazing, very kind and helpful. The room very clean. The breakfast very delicious. I’m sorry I didn’t ask the name of the guy from Makri Gialo, I just wanna say thank you for playing with my son while we were eating. Also I wanna say thank you to the lady that was there upstairs and being very kind and making my child laugh. Sorry for not mentioning the names but I wanna say a huge thank you to everyone and to the lady that kindly accepted to take care of our belongings while we would be taking a coffee.

Everything was excellent. Giorgos, front desk/concierge, was super professional and knowledgeable. The dinner server girls at the 5th floor restaurant were really nice and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

For a short city trip i like this hotel as staff is friendly and highlight of each stay as always the rooftop bar/restaurant. Breakfast was good, even always the same, but with the big variety you can always find something different. Only thing should be improved are the beds as mats are too soft and also the pillows.

Staff very good/accommodating. Restaurant upstairs was very nice. We booked a deluxe sea view room which was ok, but minimal seaview. Poor parking accommodations offsite- be prepared. No real unloading zone for luggage.

Lovely hotel - Wondeful reception staff

Check in was really good, two staff members were very helpful, cheery and smiled. Rooms are very clean, beds are amazing, lovely shower. Breakfast was excellent and great to be able to take breakfast at 7am before leaving for Port. Staff helpful with travel questions and arranging taxi. Also helped with laundry cleaning and providing the service for cheap €12. Amazing staff member on check out, same as check in, greeted with a smile and very helpful arranging a taxi to Port.

It was lovely to wake to a sea view after our late flight. Unfortunately there were some youths who wanted to make a fair bit of noise, some on motorbikes, which woke me several times. Breakfast had lots of choice and was tasty. Unfortunately no lunch. Surroundings are in many places old and photogenic, the Venetian wall something special
Entrance to tunnel beneath the wall. Possibly a new art space?

Think a old North American Motel 8 with a all meals served buffet style a body temperature, and local drinks. Don’t order the mixed drinks unless you want to get drunk and a sugar high on a single drink. The food is edible/ just. The last night they went American on us for dinner with pre- made hamburgers and hot dogs- yuk. If you are old and want to sit around playing cards in an alcoholic daze and don’t have taste buds left- this is your home. A bus outside the hotel will take you into Chani where food is good and a nice restaurant is across the street.

Good hotel. Air conditioning works pretty well. Breakfest are dectent -> "Not great, not terrible". Staff is always helpful, follows all COVID protocols. Bathroom is small, shower door(s) could be better.

It's ok - it's nothing fancy, not so comfortable

It was ok for one night stay. The place feels shabbier in reality than on the pictures. The lobby had a strange odor and the bed was rather a small double bed (1.40m) and the room smaller than expected. Nevertheless, it was ok for one night stay, good location, 24 hours reception, good breakfast (much better than what we've expected), and quite clean. We paid a very good price so it was a very good value for money for this stay.
