Unfortunately during our stay the saunas were being remodeled and were out of service which was disappointing but will hopefully be finished before our next stay!"

"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

When we encountered a mechanical issue with our room, Juhasz Virag the guest manager upgraded our room, comped breakfast, gave us a departure box of chocolates and had the kitchen prepare a snack for our flight. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. We travel the world staying in the finest hotels and this hotel and service ranks up there with the best.
