This hotel is in the perfect location for everything! The view from our window amazing especially at night. Breakfast was great. We used the shared shuttle from airport which was excellent. Staff in the hotel couldn't of been nicer.

The hotel was on the River and close to the Chain Bridge. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I paid extra for a riverfront view. It was worth it! The breakfast was fabulous… also worth the fee. I would most definitely stay here again.

The location is half an hour from the International airport right on the Danube river, 10 to 15 minute walk to anywhere downtown and all the attractions absolutely amazing and will definitely come back and recommend to all. Uber taxis are always available within 1 to 2 minutes at the lobby.

Check in was very busy on arrival but staff were efficient. Room was large but furniture quite tired and worn but bed was super comfy. Again bathroom tired and needing updated, shower curtain a no for me, prefer shower screen. Breakfast was always busy but staff would find you a table very quickly. Plenty of choice in both continental and cooked, although hot buffet was barely luke warm. Fresh omelettes made to order but be prepared for long wait as always busy. Hotel ideally situated with everything within walking distance

The staff, especially the bar staff were rude. The, what I presume was the bar manager, did not treat me or my husband with respect. We felt that we were bothersome to him. I, personally would not go to the bar or the bar area while he was working. The front desk staff were wonderful as well as the housekeeping staff. My review for the bar staff is a 1.
