"I usually enjoy my stay at Bahia but this trip I was disappointed . I went with my mom and my sons. One day we leave the hotel to visit family and my son forgot his wallet in his room. When we returned to the hotel the son got alert from his bank that fraudulent charges were made on his card. One of the hotel staff apparently stole my son’s card information and used it . "I didn’t like that there wasn’t an elevator and no one helped us bring our luggage to our room after checking in. I liked that the room was close to the dining options but there wasn’t any reservations available for the steak house during our stay at the RIU. "

The only downside to my stay was the attitude I received from the housekeeping staff and 1 server in particular for breakfast. They tend to be warmer towards certain guests.
