"I didn’t like that there wasn’t an elevator and no one helped us bring our luggage to our room after checking in. I liked that the room was close to the dining options but there wasn’t any reservations available for the steak house during our stay at the RIU. "

"This property was beautiful, and peaceful. I was only able to stay for a few days but I was still able to experience how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. The food was also amazing, one of the best that I experienced at an all inclusive resort. Everything was flavorful, which is exactly how I like it. The resort had amazing bartenders as well. "I usually enjoy my stay at Bahia but this trip I was disappointed . I went with my mom and my sons. One day we leave the hotel to visit family and my son forgot his wallet in his room. When we returned to the hotel the son got alert from his bank that fraudulent charges were made on his card. One of the hotel staff apparently stole my son’s card information and used it . He reported it security, they have him wrote a statement and told him to report it to the local police department . They also...

"I went for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed it especially the lazy river. The only downside to my stay was the attitude I received from the housekeeping staff and 1 server in particular for breakfast. They tend to be warmer towards certain guests. Front desk agent Rochelle was absolutely helpful and sweet at all times"

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "
