"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"The staff was amazing, very positive and helpful. Always wanting to make sure that you're having a great stay. If there's anything you're needed it's attended to. We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. Lots of good food options and snack options, even a beach grill during the day. We will be back "

"I booked Iberostsr because I saw their property in Cancun and was in awe. The resort was nice. Staff amazing. Food pretty good. The beef patties at the truck on the beach …superb. Our room was ok. We had a slow shower drain which made taking a shower unplesssnt. All and all had a relaxing stay "

"Awesome property in beautiful surroundings. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that the Patio and Bayside restaurants were terribly hot and humid in May when we were there. It was a let down to dress up for the romantic fine dining experience with my husband and be required to wipe sweat away and perspire in my dress. We are returning, but during the winter months next time."

"Great value for the price. The building is old and could use some remodeling, and updates. The casino has been closed up (not in service) the two times we have been this year and last year . I’m not sure if they are remodeling or what. I did not use the spa so I can’t comment on that. The food was good. We especially loved the bread and crab cakes appetizer at the Seafood restaurant (must have reservation) and our favorite was the Italian restaurant (reservation). I liked having the nacho bar...

"The included activities, dining and drinking options and quality, as well as free shuttles to area excursions are incredible. The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort. The fitness center and spa made it easy to have a nice morning workout, followed by some laps in the pool, and a game of pickleball, or tennis and even squeeze in a massage if you enjoy them. "RIU Ocho Rios was great! The staff were very friendly, always! The entertainment was fun and there was always something to do. My children loved it and I felt very safe. Variety of food (American and Jamaican) I’ll be back! I would suggest going during the week as it seemed it get busier during the weekend. "
