"No issues with the hotel or my room. My only issues were not-so-great service at the Strat’s sports bar and restaurant, PT’s I think it was called. Also the long slow lines just get on the elevator up to the observation deck of the tower. Ridiculous. I chose the all-day pass, thinking I’d go up during the day and after dark. The line during the day sucked, but when I went back that evening the line was so ridiculous I just left. Don’t buy the unlimited pass unless you enjoy repeatedly standing...

"Hidden gem that is very reasonably priced. Spacious, clean suites. Lots of room to walk outside within the property. Friendly staff and what limited dining choices they do have are good. "We had an unexpected problem with a different hotel stay at a different location. In an emergency type situation I was able to get rooms extremely fast and my family of 13 checked in within 2 hours (this includes carrying luggage for that family up and down 6 flights of stairs) I can not say enough good things about how amazing the staff was at getting us taken care of. "The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. "
