"Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better."

"My first night the toilet didn’t work. I had to fill the tank up from the shower to flush it. The faucet on the sink was completely loose and the towel rack fell down. There was no soap or shampoo.
