The best al inclusive hotel in Saidia

Be live collection is the best all inclusive hotel in Saidia , as soon as you enter in the building you feel like home, all staff are always ready to welcome the hotel guests with a big smile and always willing to help. Everything is perfect there, the service, entertainment they are amazing very active group of dancers, the hotel also offers others entertainment and shows, food is top quality, a lot of choices and well prepared. It is my third year coming to this hotel and I will keep coming back…the hotel director is a very responsible boss and is always on top of every matter around the hotel, keep it up wonderful team…

Cons: staff are forgetful (they forgot about preparing breakfast which we requested and we starved on the way to the airport), the on-sit bar plays clubbing music very loud all night, wifi in the room is poor, laundry service ruined my clothes which we complained and they said they can’t do anything about (not even a refund for the service), there’s absolutely nothing around here hotel.

The hotel has many five-star qualities, especially the Moroccan and Mediterranean restaurants and entertainment which are excellent. Unfortunately, the start of our holiday was spoiled by a rude and unprofessional male receptionist who mishandled an issue with our booking. Thankfully, Douae at reception stepped in and resolved it with professionalism. Management needs to recognise her excellent service and take proper action regarding the individual on reception, as first impressions are vital.my holiday was spoiled after arguing in front of my kids which could have been handled better by the male individual first impressions count. There are also some concerns that let the five-star standard down: long queues, which should not be an issue at this level, and a lot of flies around the snack area. This was off-putting and definitely put the kids off eating food there, which raises hygiene concerns.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel das Personal war hervorragend geschult und zuvorkommend.Ich kann mit gutem Gewissen dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.Die Animateure waren super der Check Inn und Check out war hervorragend.

Grande deception

L’hôtel est bien situé avec une plage magnifique. L’aspect positif se limite à cela. Les clients ne respectaient aucune mesure concernant la covid 19 et l’hôtel n’en imposait aucune même pas dans les restaurants. Le service et la nourriture étaient horribles. Bien différent des années d’avant. Je ne compte plus jamais y aller et ne le recommande a personne

Just be careful if you plan on staying here as an unmarried couple and one of you is of Moroccan descent you will not be allowed to stay in the same room. Other than that, the hotel was clean, people were friendly and location was excellent!

Just OK

I won’t be staying here again. The resort was in need of refurbishing. The rooms were old and even our garbage can had dents in it. It definitely was not worth the price. The only pros were the food (there was plenty) and the beach was steps away.

Mécontentement

Mauvais accueil a la réception. Chambre avec beaucoup de dis fonctionnement. Ex.robinetterie. évacuation. Savon. Et la réception n a point remédier a tous ces problèmes. Personnel de l accueil désagréable. Surtout madame Ajar a l accueil.

Awful staff and entertainment

I had the worse experience at this hotel. At check in, they made us wait for at least an hour, the receptionist was rude and took forever getting things sat up for us. We booked a room for 3 nights, the second night we have noticed that money was stollen out of our wallets (approx 300$) we complained to the hotel’s security who claimed that he would get back to us, we haven’t heard back from them and whenever we stop by reception they claim that there are no supervisors around. Entertainment was below standard, the so called DJ ismail played some old boring music, we were the only table around, when we asked him to changed he claimed that it was his favorite music.. this guy also asked plenty of people to log in and leave a review for him, we actually saw him writing his own reviews from guests phones. This hotel is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, I’d give it one star the most. I will never go back to Be live Saidia and I recommend whoever reads this to move on and look for a better hotel, it is a waist of time money.
