The location was great. However, the management need to work on dining options for kids such as tacos, cheeseburgers etc. Serving just pizza is not enough. The bathrooms in the snack restaurant were disgusting. I don't think this hotel deserve a 5 star. As result. I will not be going back or recommending this hotel to my friends.

Pleasant experience

My stay at the hotel was good. The food was varied and tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the hotel needs more fixing in the rooms and outside. In my room, for example, there was a water leak in the toilet and the landline did not work.

Très insatisfaite de mon séjour. La chambre mise à disposition présente plusieurs problèmes graves : pas d’eau chaude, une forte odeur d’égouts persistante et un confort qui ne correspond absolument pas au standing annoncé. De plus, le repas servi est très médiocre, sans goût, ce qui est extrêmement décevant pour un hôtel annoncé comme 5 étoiles. L'accueil du personnel a été loin d’être satisfaisant : aucun effort d’amabilité, aucune explication sur les horaires, ni même sur l’emplacement de ma chambre...

La playa es maravillosa,aunque no hay suficientes sombrillas y hamacas,además los huéspedes dejan una toalla y se van,algo que no debería estar permitido Las piscinas no están limpias,el conedor tampoco. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad,aunque las camas y los baños están muy bien.En una de las dos que ocupamos no había toallas. La comida es incomible,se salvaban las pizzas y para conseguirlas había que hacer cola. La limpieza,el mantenimiento y la atención de recepción,camareros etc,es francamente mejorable. No vale ,ni mucho menos,lo que se paga.

Sehr gute Lage personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das essen war ok nur die Rezeption war sehr enttäuschend konnte kein Wechsel Geld rausgeben bei Zahlung der Hotel Steuer und hat es auch beim Check out nicht zurück geben können.Der Reinigungsservice war auch schlecht da er erst um 19:30 Uhr an der Zimmertür klopfte und wir fern geguckt haben .

Hotel moyen pour le standing, buffet pas très bon, si vous arrivez en retard vous mangez les restes. Chambre pas nettoyée toute la semaine malgré les réclamations, la femme de ménage arrive a 19h et entre dans la chambre sans frapper à la porte. À eviter
