"LIKES; 1) Resort very clean, nice, comfortable, relaxing. food choices endless. 2) The evening entertainment was very good when it was there. LOVED the Classice Rock cover band!!! Some nights it was not very clear what it was supposed to be. The app did not provide information. DISLIKES; 1) You have got to figure out a better way for guests to reserve beach chairs around the pool. The smarts knew to come early and put towels on their choice spot, then go out all day while no one sits there...

"We enjoyed our week stay at this hotel. Our room was small but the shower was nice, plenty of hot water, mini fridge and AC. The hallway table and chairs allowed us to play cards and enjoy a drink with other guests. The main level had a large kitchen and dining area to enjoy a simple breakfast. Coffee is provided in the morning. We stored our fruit, juices and groceries in our room fridge and assembled our breakfast in the communal dining room. "My husband and I had the finest stay at Finest Cancun! Everything was fantastic from top to bottom. We stayed in the private pool suite and the room was very luxurious; both could use a little updating though. The linens were spotless which is something I am always paranoid about when traveling so I was very comfortable during my stay. "This “resort” is run down. The staff does the best with what they are given. They try. There were days with no power, no water and some restaurants weren’t open. Small gnats come up out of the sink every night/morning. House keeping didn’t come every day. Booking excursions were a good escape (sadly) I did hear that the resort will be closing soon. It should and make room for the new, bigger and better place. The place is falling apart. "
