"The entire staff at this property were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff was helpful throughout. The lobby bar seemed to be a bit understaffed for the amount of guests at the hotel, but no real qualms there since there are plenty of bars around the property.
